Native Twitter videos download as MP4 in every available quality. GIF tweets download as MP4 too because Twitter converts every uploaded GIF to MP4 internally — drop that MP4 into our MP4 zu GIF tool to convert it back.
Can I download videos from X.com?
Yes. Both twitter.com and x.com URLs work — same backend resolves them.
Why does the page ask me to paste the URL?
We don't take your Twitter login. We point yt-dlp (a public-tweet-only fetcher) at the URL you paste, parse Twitter's response, and surface the direct download links.
