ステップ1 — 512×512 WebPステッカーを作成

ステップ2 — Telegramの@stickersで公開
Telegramクライアントで@stickers（公式ステッカーボット）を検索してチャットを開始します。
/newpack for static, /newanimated for animated. The bot will guide you.
Give the pack a public name. This appears in t.me/addstickers/<name>.
Upload each .webp file and reply with the emoji that triggers it (e.g. 😀, 🔥, 😎).
Choose a short URL handle. The bot publishes the pack and gives you a t.me/addstickers/ link to share.
Type /addsticker or /delsticker in @stickers any time to modify the pack.
