How do I use a GIFDB sticker on Telegram?

Telegram fully supports animated WebP stickers. Download a sticker from any <a href="/sticker/">/sticker/</a> page, then in Telegram open a chat, tap the attach (paperclip) icon, choose <strong>File</strong>, and pick the .webp you just saved. Telegram will animate it inline. You can also forward it to your Saved Messages first to keep it handy.
