Refund Policy — GIFDB Pro

Summary
- Monthly Pro: refund available within 30 days of the first charge. Renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Annual Pro: refund available within 14 days of the first charge. Renewals are non-refundable but can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Trial: no charge, no refund needed. Cancel before the trial converts.
- Credit packs / top-ups (when introduced): non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@gifdb.com from the email tied to your GIFDB account.
- Include the Airwallex transaction ID (visible in your email receipt).
- Briefly describe why you're requesting the refund.
We process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds land back on the original card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What disqualifies a refund
- Significant prior usage of the plan (e.g. you used >20% of monthly credits before requesting a refund).
- Refund requested after the window above.
- Repeated refund-then-resubscribe pattern (we may flag and decline).
- Chargeback initiated without contacting support first — we will block the account.
Subscription cancellation vs refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancelling stops future charges and lets you keep Pro access until the end of the current period. Cancel anytime from your billing portal.
Service interruption
If GIFDB Pro is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our error, we credit you 1/30th of your monthly fee per affected day, applied as bonus credits on the next renewal. This does not apply to scheduled maintenance announced in advance.
