Pricing FAQs
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Click "Start Free Trial" and you immediately get 100 credits and full Pro access for 7 days. No card required upfront on the trial-only flow. To convert to paid, subscribe through the same page before the trial ends — credits refresh on activation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your Billing portal, click Cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Airwallex for billing. All major credit + debit cards supported. Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
What is a credit?
Each tool action costs 1 credit (single-file). Bulk + heavy ops cost 2-5 credits. 1000 credits/month covers heavy daily use.
Do credits roll over?
No. Each renewal sets your balance to the plan allocation — unused credits do not stack. Use them or lose them.
What if I run out mid-month?
You stay Pro (bulk + premium tools work) but tool requests return out-of-credits until renewal. We will offer credit top-ups in a future update — for now, hold tight or upgrade to annual.
Are there refunds?
See our refund policy. Short version: 30 days from first charge for monthly; 14 days for annual.
Will my data leave the EU/US?
Files you upload are processed on our US-East infrastructure and deleted within minutes of completion. Airwallex handles billing data per their compliance footprint.
